You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in order to use paid features of the Service.
If you are under the applicable age of legal capacity, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Novera.chat uses artificial intelligence and may use third-party AI models and technologies to provide the Service.
AI-generated responses and other content ("Output") may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate.
AI-generated Output should not automatically be considered factual, professional, or authoritative.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating Output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it to make decisions.
In particular, you should not rely on AI Output as a substitute for qualified professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
We do not guarantee that Output will be:
AI systems can produce different answers to similar questions and may occasionally produce incorrect or unexpected results.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate information to users when they interact directly with an AI system or when AI-generated or manipulated content is subject to applicable transparency requirements.
You acknowledge that interactions with AI Agents may involve automated processing and that an AI Agent may not always be able to distinguish between factual information and generated content.

You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant TVT & TVV a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and otherwise use User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to TVT & TVV.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide your User Content to Novera.chat.
You must not upload content that you are not legally entitled to provide or process.
Your use of Novera.chat may involve the processing of personal data.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide personal data to Novera.chat.
You should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive or confidential personal information to AI Agents.

Novera.chat and its underlying technology, software, design, interfaces, branding, trademarks, documentation, and other materials provided by TVT & TVV are owned by or licensed to TVT & TVV.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

However, AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright or other intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction. We therefore do not guarantee that you will obtain intellectual property rights in any particular Output.

Novera.chat may use third-party AI models, APIs, cloud infrastructure, software, integrations, and other services.
These third-party services may affect the availability, functionality, performance, or accuracy of Novera.chat.
We do not guarantee the continued availability or performance of any third-party service.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
